Any changes or additions will incur a $5 heat change fee.
There are also limits to the types changes accepted:
1) No new competitors - the changes must not require new registrations.
2) No new heat rounds - the changes must not require adding a new round (ex. if the division only needs a final, we will not add a semi-final)
3) Changes will not be made for the current session - changes must be submitted one session before the session in which the changes are being made (ex. changes for Saturday morning must be request Friday evening)
There is no penalty to scratching (or dropping) an event or competitor.
The Sunday competitions (polka, hustle, west coast swing, argentine tango, salsa, lindy hop) are excluded from these rules - these can be registered for through noon on Sunday. Please submit these registrations as early as possible.
Changes and Sunday registrations can be emailed to sotn@usadance-mn.org until Thursday. Changes can be submitted on site once the doors open. Please see the schedule for details.
Any remaining payments should be made on site.
